  • Mental Health Check-Ins

FRST also offers wellness check-ins to departments. These check-ins are designed to provide support and skills to the employee on a quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis. The primary purpose of these check-ins are to:

    - Offer a safe space to discuss general well-being.

    - Identify any areas of concern or stress.

    - Provide guidance, coping skills, resources, and preventive support.

These sessions are not for diagnosis or determination of fitness for duty, nor do they take the place of therapy. All check-ins strictly follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain full confidentiality.
